THE TANNINGER FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM PROVIDES DYNAMIC, HIGHLY MOTIVATED COLLEGE GRADUATES A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE ALL FACETS OF OPERATIONS IN HEALTHCARE, ENTERTAINMENT, HOSPITALITY, AND COMMERCIAL AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT. THE FELLOWSHIP IS INTENDED TO HELP RECENT GRADUATES EXPLORE THEIR ENTREPRENEURIAL PATH, BOTH AS FOUNDERS AND AS THOSE INTERESTED IN JOINING EARLY-STAGE STARTUPS.

TANNINGER FELLOWS ARE RECRUITED FROM PUBLIC AND PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES THROUGHOUT THE NATION. QUALIFIED APPLICANTS MUST HAVE COMPLETED A BACHELOR'S OR HIGHER GRADUATE DEGREE IN THE 24 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE PROGRAM'S COMMENCEMENT AND MUST HAVE DEMONSTRATED A STRONG AND CONSISTENT COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE THROUGH ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT, LEADERSHIP ABILITY, EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND CIVIC ENGAGEMENT.

THE PROGRAM BEGINS ON THE FIRST WEEKDAY IN AUGUST AND ENDS ON JULY 31ST OF THE FOLLOWING YEAR. A TANNINGER FELLOW IS A “WAY OF LIFE” DURING THE PROGRAM, CONSISTING OF LONG HOURS, TRAVEL ACROSS THE NATION, AND THE INNATE ABILITY TO INTERACT WITH ALL WALKS OF LIFE.
FELLOWS ARE PAID $34,000 ANNUALLY AND RECEIVE FULL BENEFITS.
